Physical Day will be this Thursday, April 20th, from 4pm til 7pm at Robert Anderson. We will bus students from Lakeside to Robert Anderson immediately after school.

Physical Day is open to all students in the 6th and 7th grade who are planning to play any sport this coming school year. We will have at least 5 doctor’s on hand to complete physicals. Please remember to bring your $20 cash on the day of the physical.

ALSO, PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU AT LEAST COMPLETE YOUR HISTORY FORM PAPERWORK ONLINE BEFORE APRIL 20TH.

To fill out your paperwork, both a parent and student need to register at www.planeths.com

Once registered, go to Athletic Forms and select Student Athletic Participation. Link your accounts together and choose the sports you plan to participate in. Finally, scroll to the bottom of the page to find the forms to complete. Both the parent and student need to do this.
